The Lighthouse Rehabilitation Centre provides a comprehensive service to adults who have experienced difficulties with their mental health and are looking to move towards greater independence and quality of life.

At The Lighthouse we can work with people who have been in hospital, residential accommodation or have been having problems living independently at home. We offer individualised care plans and packages with realistic and achievable goals working towards recovery, wellbeing and improved quality of life. We will work closely with any other professional currently involved and have strong links with voluntary and statutory services in order to ensure that the highest quality of input and intervention is achieved.
